FindLaw (Thomson Reuters)
UX architecture and frontend development at FindLaw, a Thomson Reuters company. Led the redesign of FindLaw Workspace, a million-dollar enterprise product, from usability testing through wireframes, prototypes, and the Angular frontend build. Also designed and built an admin application for workflow management, learning Angular Material on the job.

Ideation and Sketching: Whiteboarding, sticky notes, and marker sketching. Workshopping requirements with clients to surface conflicting needs and solve pain points before committing to design.
User Story Mapping: Structured planning: identifying epics, personas, and user stories as a team. Transition from free-form exploration to organized design activities.
Low-Fidelity Prototyping: Balsamiq wireframes for rapid iteration and testing before investing in pixel-perfect mockups.
Shipped Application: Custom wizard tool for workflow step configuration. Extensible, non-prescriptive data model allowing each step to be configured with unique sets of required information.
Dashboard Interface: Wireframe of the Workspace dashboard with four main widgets: Alerts, My Tasks, Team's Projects, and My Projects. Collapsible sidebar, customizable hamburger menu for widget management, and notes on interactivity and future summary views.
Data-Driven Summary: Conceptual visualization converting data tables to charts (bar, line, pie, and horizontal bar) across the four dashboard widgets. Customizable layout with consistent sidebar navigation.
Task Management: Task table with priority color-coding, due dates, account designations, and row-level actions. Filtering tools, quick filter bar, and sidebar navigation.
Search: Customized search query builder with saved searches panel, dropdown filters, and input fields. Options for toggling filters and search visibility.
Empty State Handling: Empty task table with controls for filtering, reassigning, and toggling task views. Clear organization for status management: completed, held, in progress.
